6 weeks prior to training camps we integrate circuit training into our program. 6 to 8 total body exercises with medium resistance levels performed without rest in between. 4 to 6 sets are done.
cool. I don't understand why people at the gym would rather spend 60 boring minutes on a bicyle when they could get fitter and better looking by doing this a few times a week. I love circuits.
