is this necessary to collect things in the beginning (you know, after you fall and hang the wall and get the green rhombus medicine and something) is this a key,please answer me

Nope, it isn't necessary. It's just an extra item that I needed to pick up for the all pick ups walkthrough lol.

its up to you. if you want to save a game you would likely collect those "green Rhombus". if your a tomb raider player im sure you dont hav to ask those questions.

@babe998 in the ps one game, you got this stage unlocked when discovering about 90% of the secrets

@jwhitloctombraider - that's true of the PlayStation version. The PC version allows you to save as often as you like, so the crystals restore your life instead. :)
