that is an outstanding rig!!!! i'm a nurse and I've seen professional kits far short of that. more pain meds. upgrade the triangle bandage (old bed sheet) with tongue depressors (5 in duct tape) for a tourniquet. a thin band like that will cause severe skin trauma and possibly vascular damage. 4-5 ft duct tape can help make improvised splints. a chest seal and airway tube might be upgrade (need training). your surgical kit is really great for such a small kit. pleasure to watch thanx!!!!

Use the triangular bandage to make a tourniquet.

I really enjoyed that, nice setup that case works well.
If I may suggest is a wider tourniquet you will cause more damage to tissue with that thin of a device
