(cont'd) Saddam claimed UNSCOM inspectors were spying, and he was right. Scot Ritter was one of those inspectors and talks openly about the spying that occurred. Meanwhile, the media gave 0 credibility to the claim and presented the story as if it was an excuse for Saddam to kick out the inspectors (which did happen ultimately) and Clinton bombed.
