Budget! Cute bathroom redo accent with ribbon

This is something I thought I would share! This is a cute bathroom accent I made for $16.50! The rack and ribbon were both on sale for 50% off at hobby lobby! The hand towels at walmart for $1.50...Please rate and sub to my new channel i am going to add easy cheap home decor redos for a tight Budget! I know this is not something you would see in a high class mag it is everyday normal people or are trying to make it! Lets make this happen guys!!!! HUGGS
