Nakoma & John Smith - I Will Love You

This is probably on the plain side but it was definitely fun to make. They aren't a crossover couple since they're from the same movie, but it is a 'what if' situation.

The story is pretty straightforward. John Smith sees Nakoma and Pocahontas playing in the river and instantly falls for one of them - Nakoma. He is determined to find her again and eventually they fall in love.

Still, Nakoma is worried that John will soon leave her and return to his country, but he assures her that his place is with her. Their relationship blossoms and, like every couple, they have their share of ups and downs.

However, one day, they are discovered by the villagers who are very much opposed to their relationship. They seize John and hold him captive.

Nakoma is allowed to see him one last time, but despite all the memories they share, their relationship just wasn't meant to be. But as the lyrics of the song go, they will keep on loving each other.

I kind of left an open ending for this one. I didn't want to kill John off because I wanted there to be some hope of them getting back together again.

You never know...
