Quick clip from a Tonight Show appearance. This is a reference to a bit done years ago on Saturday Night Live, 1982, with Chevy Chase hosting. The bit was the same general thing, where Siskel & Ebert were reviewing the show in progress, and Chevy Chase was on a television screen behind them, making fun of them. I only wish I had the whole Tonight Show appearance.
Chevy Chase is an asshole, not funny at all.

@levanyzzuf Yes and in another interview shortly after that, Chevy (VERY upset) referred to Ebert as "the fat one".

Wow, Siskel sits next to the host a lot more.

Chevy kind of reminds me of George W. Bush in this video.

And love how Roger pronounces it "Shevy". Perhaps on purpose?

Roger always tells the story of how Carson asked him on this show what his least favorite movie of the season was - Ebert answered "Three Amigos", which Chase was there promoting! Carson retorted: "I really wish I hadn't asked you that". Backstage, Chase was apparently offended and quipped "I haven't seen any movies YOU'VE made recently!"

Chevy and Gene look and sound like brothers. Tall above six feet, similar faces, very similar deep voices, dimpled chins, and both went through male pattern baldness . But with them, there could be real sibling rivalry. Don't you think so?

Fivealex uploaded the entire section of this on his channel about two years ago, but I think the powers that be made him take it down. Thanks for upping this, though :)
