I was sitting in the car outside of my moms property and this lady was flipping out talking about someone was bullying her. She must have been HIGH on something... If you look at the beginning she chokes a random woman walking down the street... asnd then tries to cut a man on a bicycle. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Funny!!!!! tell your friends
