Yes it's 3d, but you need the proper software/hardware. Pretty much you need to have vista or xp, and an nvidia card that supports their 3d, with the glasses and a monitor that supports 120 vertical refresh rate.

The game looks pretty bad compared to the film, plus compared with the beautiful visuals of the film, the game looks pretty unpolished compared to a game like uncharted 2 :(
