  • why would some people use $s instead of R?

  • None of the lecture notes and books explain what MIPS stands for... it's very odd.

    Microprocessor without interlocked pipeline stages..It may help.

  • pronunciation is unclear, the guy talks too fast, his way of explanation in unclear and you miss some words as he speaks so everything becomes even more complicated...........
