Pull the plug!

This is an attempt by the Belgian police and Civil Service to recover a car wreck from the bottom of the river Scheldt at Antwerp, in pursuit of a police investigation.
But the river doesn't give up its treasures so easily, and the muddy bottom won't release the car wreck
I choose this title because it seems they try tp pull the plug from the river bottom :)
