What should I do in order to feel that fast result, buddy?

@rsfwater - Simply drink a glass of water and apply the LifeWave Energy Enhancer patches on to specific locations on your body. Or you can simply hold them, like in the demonstration. The patches activate as soon as they come within 4cms of your body (activated by your body heat), so you can apply them on top of your clothes, shoes, cap, bandage, plaster cast, etc. No need to have them directly on your skin

@rsfwater - Yes, definitely. If you're dehydrated then the body doesn't send strong signals to other parts of the body. I generally can't help people who won't drink water, because their body probably isn't working well in the first place...and therefore the result with the LifeWave product range may not work well, or at all. Water is imperative to our general health and wellbeing, it's a given.
