okay, so i did everything until the click "scan" part. This is when it says "error" on the bottom left corner. Please help

how can you unbrand it if the computer dosent read my phone if my sim card is in it all I can do is put the code>....:?

@escaflowne889 You need to wait that your PC recongize completelly your cellphone, then open the MMS and follow the steps. I hope it helps, cheers!!

sweet worked for me, just make sure to change your shorcuts to Music player , and it will navigate to the nokia player. cheers.
