  • Soundtrack PRO composers join me on Facebook: Search Soundtrack PRO original compositions

  • So Final Cut Pro allows you to adjust the volume of an individual clip by simply selecting toggle clip overlays... but soundtrack pro does not have this?! what gives? is there really no easy way to slide the audio level of an individual clip opposed to envelopes or changing the entire track? someone please tell me that I am just not seeing the function.....

  • I am creating a multi-track project in Soundtrack Pro (MAC) and trying to record a synth track (Roland VP-550) over existing tracks. I have my headphones plugged directly into the MAC to follow existing tracks as I record.

As I am recording, the part I am recording is not in sync with the pre-recorded tracks I am trying to accompany. They are about a beat apart from the track I am recording. Can you point me toward information on this? Help! I’m stuck and it's holding up a project. Thanks!

  • This really is one of the most helpful tutorials I've ever seen. You guys rock.

  • Thanks!

  • Hey. Thanks for the consice video... very helpful. Can I ask about the program... I am an intermediate user of Reason/Record and Logic and have been writing music for 20+ years... I'd be comfortable writing music for film and have the opportunity to do so but would like to know more about Soundtrack Pro. For example, can I rewire Reason/Record and logic into Soundtrack Pro and so score on the fly?

  • More Logic-like editing features, nice!

    Customizable key commands?

  • Magic. Presented with visuals and commonsense. Thanks alot - really appreciated your presentation. Ten out of Ten!

  • i cant work out how ad new key frames for the volume to adjust volume. can u help

  • Very well presented !! 3 thumbs up!!
