@aminah727 Actually if Obama has nothing else, he has 'class.' I'm sure Obama was very cordial as was Bush. I truly believe these 2 men made a personal commitment Not to bad-mouth each other publically after the election. You never hear either make disparaging personal remarks against each other to the media. In fact, Bush reprimanded Cheney for all that BS he was spewing against Obama. Obama disliked & disagreed w/ Bush's policies, but doesn't mean he dislikes Bush personally.

Bush did not get eggs thrown @ him enroute to the Capitol. Someone is being sarcastic. :-) On Inaugeration Day nobody (public) could even get near Bush. There were absolutely No "incidents." The only negativity witnessed was that the crowd boo'ed Bush when his name was announced for entrance to the podium, & they sang, Na-na-na-naaa Good-byeeee as he was being transported away to Andrews AFB. I felt both actions were rude, but I guess people were just fed up with Bush & happy to see him go.
