  • i have a boss ds-1 distortion and i ordered this off of ebay could i use the 2 pedals together?please reply

  • You can use any combinations of pedals you please. The dano stacks really well.

  • all of the Cool Cat series patents were stolen and copied by Chinese makers for cheap cheap cheap. Buy these pedals NOW!!! they're copies of high dollar pedals (with the exact same electronics) and will be discontinued soon because they will get sued if they don't stop making them.

  • Well, the drive is more or less an OCD minus clipping diode switches, the TOD is a timmy minus a few dip switches and the fuzz is a peach fuzz to the same extent. However the components are much cheaper. I wouldn't endorse cloning in any way, however the pedals they are based on are unknown in the country where i live and the danos are widely available.

  • how much money did youh pay for this pedal

  • not a lot if i remember corectly. about 25 euros.

  • I just got this pedal yesterday. At first I ran it after my COT50 with a strat. Sounded pretty good. I then switched and ran the COT50 in front of it and it sounded WAY better. Way more gain available than the COT but it colored the COT quite a bit.

I then ran a Les Paul copy through the latter chain and man....it sounded amazing. Definitely better with the Les Paul especially using the bridge pu.

It sounded great also without engaging the COT. Possibly better.

  • impressive playing...

  • Great pedal! I use one on my board! And I agree with JohnDaleLive, it does stack really well. If anybody has it, try running a boost pedal before it.

  • well i thought i would need a noise suppressor for all of the feedback i play metal so i wanted the distortion and overdrive to produce a heavy sound

  • bullshit.

  • Man, you are GOOD!

Can't judge a pedal with a player like that... what's gonna sound bad?!
