Wow I thought I was the only one who was disappointed with this chapter. Just like you I was expecting to see the fox and Naruto come to an agreement, but instead we got an irrelevant flashback. Well this is naruto not real warfare. There are very powerful Justus that can easily destroy a number of people. And you also have to remember that the zetsu clones are easy to kill, and so are the shinobi forces.
