200 subscriber special & Update

*RULES FOR THE TOURNAMENT*
- it can be a UU or OU Battle, but OU is preferred so for example if you want to do UU but your opponent insists on OU, an OU battle it is, since this is what this tournament is based on.
- Standard Rules
- Single Battle
- No Ubers ( Garchomp is Uber but if you opponent is ok with it your aloud to use it)
- Evasion Clause ( No double team) sand veil is NOT breaking the rules
- Lvl 100 all
- It would be nice if you recorded the match so you have proof you won ect. But you dont have to =]
- do not use 2 of the same pokemon
REWARD: the winner of the tournament obtains an entire team of their choice that is ev'd (if you like) and if you want it shiny or not
