singing and dancing is not entirely difficult if you are in good shape, and this song is REALLY the only song that Beyonce goes REALLY hard dancing while singing, the rest of her choreography, though it is really good choreography, is not all that challenging, and therefore doesn't affect her singing much (odd that she'd do so much on such a challenging song vocally), Beyonce just does it best (Chris often lip syncs, Gaga can't dance well to save her life.)

@Litalici0us LMFAO singing and dancing is not that hard and many other artist have sung and dance at the same time it's like second nature you'll get used it alot of artist now days just don't put there all into there work only Bee does now days and lady Gaga 2 I think Chris Brown can sing and dance at the same time unless he using auto-tune
