Every Year since the Festival was started they have sung a finale- Battle Hymn. It is performed by the Jr. High band and chorus, and the Sr. High band and chorus. The audience often sings along as well. It is a fitting way to end a wonderful concert at the Historic Institution, and this was more than half the reason I always went... Enjoy!

  • I'm in the chior somewheree.

  • The best rendition of Battle Hymn I ever heard and participated in this building was the 84th Jamestown High School A Cappella Choir and Jamestown High School Concert Band's directed by Norman D. Lydell at the 2009 Jamestown High School Graduation.

  • HEY! I"M IN THIS CHORUS! thanks for putting this up.

  • The conductor took this way too fast. I think that's what caused the snare drum to miss a few strokes in the beginning. In my opinion, the best version in the past five years was in 2008.

  • Singing was great. Trumpet was very fast and completely off.

  • I totally just sang along...with the right part and everything :(

It never ceases to amaze me :)
