I know there's no contract or termination fee cuz I have it also. I meant that he must have a contract service like Verizon or AT&T and needed to pay the termination fee before he switched to metro. lol

hey moron, on the automated menu when you call customer service, say "customer service", the machine will say "okay, i understand you want to speak to a rep but I think I can help you faster". Then, think to yourself, "your a machine, no you cant" and then say "customer service" and then it'll connect you to a rep. it aint rocket science
