This is a BASIC strength training routine which would be good for women who are newer to lifting and need an easy-to-remember routine for the gym or at home. This routine can be done in 30 minutes or less and will not bulk you up, even though I'm lifting some heavier weights. The secret to not bulking up and staying lean and toned looking, is combining your workouts with proper nutrition. Eat clean MOST of the time, strive for improvement and progress.. not perfection.
