thats not a code. all you got to do is after you get the gun power in the room when playing the game is just shoot the wall real fast. and if you get stuck in the base while it blows up your game is over but if you jump up right out of the hole while it blows up you should be all right and land on an invisible elevator

Inputting the suicide command in room C-4 would actually kill your character instead of giving a code, it was an in-joke from the devs (room C-4 ~ C-4 explosive). The other rooms mentioned in the user manual would give hints about where to shoot at the wall in certain rooms, to reveal things like opa-opas and bread, or to remove certain barriers in the room to gain access to such a power up.
