Nothing you quoted in the article says anything about euthanasia. The article is about how to allocate scarce medical care. Anyone who read the article without bias would know this fact, but your bias leads you to the non-sequitur that the article supports euthanasia. They are not suggesting we kill infants and older people, but that we prefer adolescents and younger people in allocation of scarce medical care. They are not suggesting that we actively kill infants and older people.
