it makes me feel so bad cuz ive bin drinkin almost everyday since i was 15 and now im 19 i know i need to change but how?? when your friends or everyone u know drinks. its always there dont matter if its monday or sunday the beerstores open

Holy shit Ive been drinking 3-4 beers everyday for months aily and i only 18, I will have to stop this and drink less.
