  • add paprika and/or garlic to your eggs while cooking them to add flavour rather than ketchup. It's much healthier that way and you might like the taste too :)

  • Hi, I'm a girl and I go to the gym everyday. You are eating very healthy food you've prepared there! Sadly, I eat more vegetables itself and a sometime fruits. I see that you're using whey and that reminds me of a nursery rhymes song..."little miss muffet sit on a tuffet eating her curds and whey..." ok...I'm always wondering what a whey is...if you don't mind, can you show what a whey looks like in your next video you are doing? I'd apprecate seeing what a whey looks like or what it is.

  • nice man looks clean and good!! i would replace the cereal with oatmeal though, MUCH better source of carbohydrates and they are one of the best sources of complex carbohydrates. also, it gives alot of energy to start out the day, at least for me lol nice video bro.

  • @SmexyPC thanks for watching and commenting. I dont really eat cereal much anymore. It is usually oatmeal. If I do eat cereal, I save it for post workout where the sugars and starchy carbs will be beneficial.

  • @Ninja9191 I've read Dr Atkins' books...before I saw a picture of how fat he was, this theory has now been proven wrong, the latest is Dr Doug Graham's 80/10/10 theory, this is quite the opposite and seems to be working for people, take a look and see what you think.

  • @ArkOrganic nothing harms your body, but carbs are being transformed into fat very quickly. And when it gets to fat, burning it will be much harder. Yes, you could lower fat, but if you keep on eating carbs, there will be no results (maybe you'll get fatter). But if you lower carbs, there has to be an energy source, fat can be good for your body if you choose the right kind. Look up atkins diet

  • @Ninja9191 Could tricking the body to do this frequently cause harm? In my opinion if you want to reduce body fat... lowering your fat intake makes more sense, not burning the candle at both ends.

  • @ArkOrganic Low carbs switches the body to use more fat instead of sugars (carbohydrates). Though this could only be achieved when you keep your eating habbit very low carb.
