My dear GreenMD: The Green Party is just another political party. They have "their" rules, they have "their" party constituation and the party candidates are chattel/ slaves of the party.

All political parties are nothing more than private clubs used to hijack what should be all the peoples goverment. Voting only justifies these political gangs continuing on with the abusive political system we have now.

Political parties have been loading up "governments" with "their" sheep.

Cause you wouldn't include them in your video if you had ... but if you'd like to completely give up on constructive change of government, that's your choice. Become apathetic ... unfortunately the only way evil wins is through good people not caring enough to do what needs to be done. Vote for a change. Vote for a party that WILL bring change.

The governance model used in all four Atlantic Canadian provinces does indeed shut out the citizen and that makes the process unaccountable (aside from election time) and lacking in credibility as pointed out in this presentation.

The question is what is to be done?

This model of governance is strickly to put power in the hands of the"few" .. and since I do not belong to a party , nor do I want to be, why should I take whatt the party tosses at me to vote for.

A real democracy would open up the process for all to pick the candidate to represent their community, not a few oligarchs who control the party system.

Your policies are just that.."your" policies and who are you a "party" and how large is your membership? A FEW. Parties are dangerous!

waltonbay is right -- Al Gore is an idiot!! He has a huge home in Tennessee, USA and uses all the energy resources he wants for his needs. He also has no problem traveling in a private jet -- what does that say about "his" carbon footprint?? The hiprocasy of so many politicians around the world is unreal. They talk about how to reduce global warming but they are not practicing what they preach. Do they think we are all so dumb that we do not notice??

Well Walton, aside from British Columbia, nobody is using global warming as an excuse to take money from anybody...yet. Who makes you sick? People who are smart enough to realize we have a problem? You make a lot of generalizations: I am doing a hell of a lot to ensure I for one am as responsible and careful with the environment as I can be, and I'm proud of that. Waltonbay, you can whine all you want about some mystical twisting of the arm. Nobody is forcing you to do anything. I also suppose, assuming all the scientists are correct, and global warming ends up bringing about the slew of problems predictable, that you will whine about that too.

GreenMD . Here in Canada we are pretty much forced to heat our homes with oil and due to the fact we are such a vast country, with many rural communities we must drive.

The Green Party want to punish us with a carbon tax. Your just another political party like the rest, the Green Party wants to use the power of the tax system to extort.

Not interested in your party or any party, to hell with all parties and I am not voting. Go pound sand GreenMD and take all your candidates with you.
