Holy fuck, the first murder was a cry for help, it was the idiotic police and their response that allowed him to do what he did. Any murder on campus should be considered a mass murder or the beginning of one. AT ALL TIMES. FOREVER! Police should have had SWAT and everything there for that shooting. In fact, it probably fueled Seung hui Cho even more knowing that he just killed a girl and nobody did anything, nobody raised an alarm, nobody cared about that even..police fail causing 30+ kills.

Soldiers........SOLDIERS! in a military base in a state that has concealed carry were not allowed to carry arms on their person unless drilling or being deployed !.................makes you feel kinda lost when you think about lol.Hassan inflicted more casualties in this on incident than any one incident since the beginning of the War on Terror overseas for US troops

.Soldiers at a military building labeled"The Readiness Center" were unable to defend themselves even while preparing to go off to far away battle zones of the world liek Iraq and Afghanistan to to defend America.A Muslim army phsciatrist and major Nidal Malik Hassan stood at the only exit entrance to the bulding and methodically mowed down 43 of his fellow soldiers killing 13 and wounding 30 others before being shot wounded and subdued by MP's who arrived on the scene

In a state that permits concealed carry a city and county ordinance barring the carrying of

weapons into public buildings or private property.....proved to be a bad idea.On October 16,1991 in Killen Texas,a crazed maniac loner George Hennard crashed his pickup truck through the front of Luby's cafeteria a popular eat diner in town and began to methodically gun down dozens of people.He killed 23 and wounded 19 before dying in a shootout with police.

All educational institutions have fire, and weather protection protocols. We send our kids to these institutions with the assumption that they will return home safely. If the right to defend yourself ends at the property line of one of these institutions then it is the responsibility of that institution to defend its occupants.
