É uma infestação por larvas de várias espécies de moscas, os quais introduzem os seus ovos e se desenvolvem com larvas,que invadem os tecidos vivos infestando tanto os animais quanto aos homens. Cochliomya Homonivorax conhecida popularmente como mosca Varejeira é a espécie mais importante causadora de Miíase primária ou larvas biontófogas.

well for the english speaking guys, he says that the old men have parkinson and alzheimers. He had myiasis all over his mouth and infection. Everything else he says is just a bunch of techinical stuff

It's think it's safe to say the old guy has something like Parkinson disease and doesn't have a clue what's going on.

In very beginning you can see him shaking like you do with Parkinson disease.

It eventual causes dementia.

I hope hope whoever was supposed to be taking care of that old man was fired, at the least, and hopefully charged with neglect.
