Gyro Sensor Application Demo

This video is a demostration of the gyroscope sensor module.
It uses one EPSON XV8100 gyro sensor, PIC16F877 MCU, and a servo motor for visual out.
The sensor is connected to PIC's ADC convertor, the results are shown as HEX numbers on the LCD and motors.

it will swing back to zero position, like all gyros do. look at accelerators too.

yes, it measures one axis only, I tilt and rotate to demonstrate so you can see its response to each axis.

hi, i have a question, if you hold the gyro at certain angle, would the servo arm remain in that position, or it will swing back to 0

Aren't you using two gyro sensors? I thought the EPSON could only measure one axis and you're moving two..
