The Way Congress Can Avoid More Debt, Taxes or Inflation is Only If We Network to Get Congress to Require that the Well-Off Invest $800 Billion Yearly for Renewable Energy as Follows:

First Regarding Wealth, We Can Network to Have Congress Require that the Richest 10 % Invest 1% of their $40 Trillion Dollars of Net-Worth for Renewable Energy. This 1 % on Wealth Amounts to a $400 Billion Dollar Yearly Investment (from the Wealthiest 10 % of 117 Million Households) to Solarize and Weatherize their Homes, and for Meaningful Renewable Energy Projects. This Required Investment Will Create Many Needed Useful Jobs.

Secondly Regarding Income, We Can Network to Get Congress to Require the Top 10 % of the Highest Income Earners to Invest 10% of their $4 Trillion of Income for Rebuilding America thru Renewable Energy. This 10 % Pretax on Income Amounts to another $400 Billion Dollar Yearly Required Investment (from the 10 % of the Highest Earners out of 117 Million Households) to Solarize and Weatherize their Homes, and for Needed Renewable Energy Projects.

Thus this $800 Billion Dollars Yearly Required Investment from the Well-Off Will Allow America to Swiftly Become Renewable Energy Independent of Fossil Fuels.

Then America Will Be a Shining Model for the Rest of the World.

If We Unite Now Over the Above Ideas, We Wont Have to Spill Blood and Treasure Over Oil Anymore. Instead, We Will Build the Foundation for Attaining Peace, Joy and Prosperity Worldwide. If We Mobilize Our Will, Its Doable!
