This video ties in Mayan elements with the online roleplaying game, World of WarCraft. My guild, Temple of the Cat, is based on the Mayan gods and named after the Ayreon song.
Some of the pictures are of my own creation and others are art and photographs I was able to collect over time to fit the music and the mood I was trying to convey. I did my best, although I am quite a novice at this still, and it was really hard to find or create pictures that were suitable enough.
In some cases, I really just didn't know what to do and I realize it's kind of silly to show things like a corpse in a tomb (although it is a Mayan tomb) with the word "dead", but oh, well...
Keep in mind, it could've been worse; I strongly considered (mostly for comic value), using a picture of a gnome in his undies for the "we were born" segment. Also, the picture for "addressed the crowd" struck me as funny because, for anyone who knows the game, they are actually trolls about to run up and attack the players.
In any case, try not to judge too harshly, as I'm aware it's not the best, but I think it's okay for my purposes. Hopefully you don't totally detest it.
