this is bullshit i live in california and even tho ur saying were having all these quakes we dont have anything above a 4 or 5 and there hardly even a big deal. and we only feel an earthquake once every 6 months or so. and even then they do not do any damage. if u lived in the ring of fire u would no there is no cause for a alarm

WOW! They are for sure playing the HAARP for full now or lost totally control over it.. In Iceland we have 2 HAARP stations and both are in our biggest volcano and earthquake area were we had the 6.6 on 21 June in S-Iceland in 2000 well we had two the first was on 17 June also but not as strong and in 2008 29 May 6.3 and in 2010 we have volcano spewing the Fimmvörðuháls and Eyjafjallajökull. The stations are in Stokkseyri and Thykkvabær both close to the were quakes started and the volcanos..

@MegaLongshaft I agree about the fact that hidden things stay unknown when they are supposed to be secret ! I am simply surprised that such an interesting project is out of any media in France, maybe it's less important than our dumb political men .... (sigh)... :-s anyway, nice to learn something from people who care about interesting projects ! thanks !

@barbecru Well I'm not American, I'm English, but I work with many minds across Science including Meteorologists and Geophysicists and I have studied and gained degrees in Environmental Science and what not, but I know people that have actually visited the complex, which you can actually do. The level on energy needed to create an Earthquake is beyond anything that exists in today's world. If they didn't want you knowing about HAARP, believe me you would never have even heard of it.

@MegaLongshaft thanks !!! really, I'm surprised to see that most american people know this, here it is limited to very few scientists.. I'm gonna get informations this seems very interesting ! about the possibility to artificially create earthquake, well... I think this would need a far huger technology.. but I'm not informed so I don't have a definitive opinion ! first thoughts would be the same as yours, this has nothing to do with earthquakes, anyway :) thanks for your time and kind answer !

@barbecru High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programe. Now let me clear up this. Its goal which I do believe is towards progressing civilian and military communication and it actually transmits rarely and at a very low frequency. The frequency emitted is directed at the ionsphere which is much higher than atmospheric weather systems. It is impossible to strike the upper atmosphere with the intention of causing an Earthquake on a frequency that has been meassured at 10MHZ maximum. Sorry guys!

hi ciao ..j'm from Italy first of all j apologies for my english! may j ask you...There will be an earthquake ,caused by HAARP, in Canada probably in this week?(near Vancouver?)! cause many friends of mine are there!...and j believe that haarp is "weapon"...so j'm worried !today ,in italy(in Turin) all the charts from the haarp website are unavailable! is it the same in usa or it's only an"italian" problem?
