  • I have tried weight training a year ago, I got heavier and my clothes were tighter. Did not see and improvement in my shape. So I tired Cardio instead and finally lost the Ibs!

  • That is why Men have a tenancy to be smaller they usually have more muscle [ex because they lift more weights] You cannot spot treat either... you need a balance of cardiovascular ability, Muscular ability, flexability and body compostion! That is why alot of people now interval train! You have high cardio followed by a muscle component! It is a very important component in order to loose weight! Never skip out on lifting weights to loose weight!!!

  • Actually you are completly wrong! Muscle burns fat. You do not need to do any Cardio to loose fat! people who have more muscle will burn more fat while sleeping and sitting doing nothing as opposed to those who do not lifts weights or do muscular fitness.The more muscle you get the more you weigh but the smaller you will get.
