well done, suggests many contradictions, but i contend much of this is based on an anti-albanian bias which has yet to be fully explored by individuals such as yourself.
what always throws up a red flag, however, is that you show not a single degree of curiosity or interest in the albanian question, you are simply after some superficial judgement against the albanians and in favor of the reconstituted greeks. so the obviously political bias discredits your little selective copy/pastes.

"The evidence of language is not less remarkable. In the entire district of Epirus indeed, 193,000 are said to speak Greek, against 57,000 divided between Albaniand and Vlach"
further down
"A yet higher authority and indeed the highes of all is Hahn.. Hestates that the people along the coast speak both languages but in Janina, Arta and Preveza even the Mohammedan population speaks Greek as the mother tongue"
"all of free Greece except in the north west Macedonia where Comitajis wander about at night shooting up Antartesm and in Western Epirus WHERE THE CHAMS INDULGE IN THE SAME SPORT."
Well you better report that to the UN!! They seemed to have it all wrong LOL!!

"The Chams were Albanian Moslem tribes that prior to WWII lived in SOuthern Epirus and numbered 18,000"
"The Chams took sides with the enemy displaying extreme cruelty towards the Greek population indulging in massacres and lootings. Subsequent to the Axis defeat the Chams fled to Albania"

"Two thousand pupils of the Greek schools waved Greek and AMerican flags and cheere as the delegates entered Goritza. ALbanian gendarmes attmpted to prevent the pupils from manifesting their sentiments, but were driven off by the French authorities".
Ok so we know that two races existed in Epirus, Greeks and ALbanians....

"The Christians of Ioannina though governed by ALbanian masters CALL THEMSELVES GREEKS, as do the inhabitnat of ARTA, PREVESA, AND EVEN MANY VILLAGES HIGHER UP IN THE COUNTRY. THEY NEITHER WEAR THE ALBANIAN DRESS OR SPEAK THE ALBANIAN LANGUAGE"
the background and historical context is of course, critical here:
""The object they [the Greeks] have in view is the hellenization of Albania. The whole of the southern portion carries its commerce through Janina, and the inhabitants regard this town as their capital.", "... so that the Greeks hope with the possession of Janina to amalgamate the two races and gain over to the cause of hellenism the finest and most warlike race in South-Eastern Europe."
as for any reduction of the number of Greek Schools, if it is true, it is easily explained by the aggressive attempts at Hellenization that were obviously unacceptable, especially when the interpretation of Hellenic culture was this new perverse distortion of middle eastern mythologies with modern nationalism and power usurpation.
in other words, the use of the word "greek" is coincidental at best, though i understand why you would continue to propagate that illusion for financial gain.

and German archives now prove unequivocally that Zervas was a Nazi collaborator, so you'll have to go back and rework your view.
