why does everyone compare the rb26 to 2jz?? yes, they are both twin turbos, but one is 2.6 and the other is 3.0....wouldnt a 1jz(2.5 higher revving) be more comparable to the rb26????? making the power isnt the problem, how u want to apply it is what matters...

each motor is built differently, different power bands, and they probably react with differently depending on the size of the turbo etc, there are many things to take into consideration in a race

The 2J is good for making power no doubt, but the 2j will never rev like an RB so it dont matter, its all in what your doing with it. for drag racing or building massive power to roll highway on, sure the 2j is superior, for drift, I would take the RB over the 2j simply becuse its a very rev happy motor and it sounds better lol. they have RB's making nearly as much if not the same kind of power that 2j's are putting down as well. Just sayin...

Please type in your search box "Titan Motorsports vs Mazworx" and find the video posted by username "BoostedGt3576" i believe. The mazworx car MISSES a shift and still seems to come from a 5 car down to being only a .100 slower than the supra. I can only expect a boat of the car as the supra, to be SO fast.
