@SkaMaRtiSt1991 Knowing it's been eight months, it's marked "PARAMEDICS" and "3637," leading me to believe it was a paramedic ambulance from Long Island College Hospital (LICH Brooklyn), a Continuum Health Partnerships hospital.

The one at 26 seconds is an NYPD Emergency Services Unit.

@24tanman it was an independent paramedic type deal. It had a Scientific Prototypes siren in it, which is why it sounds weird. The NYPD used those sirens until the early 90's
