  • So, to progress on this, as I said in an earlier comment, try to lower your time without compromising your form. You could also begin with 12 chin ups and 12 pushups and proceed to go down the ladder with the chin ups. Or go down the ladder from 10 chin ups to 1 and then back up again... so pretty much doubling the volume. And hopefully some of you will make a vid of it too.

  • @timbahwolf How often do you work arms? I've been training each muscle group twice a week for years now, and wanted to switch to once a week so I can focus more on each muscle during each session. As far as you've come, you must know at what point that becomes either a good or bad idea.

    I hit arms 1-2 times per week and everything else 2-3 times per week. Arms are pretty low on my priority. I am a believer though in higher frequency training.
