What is with those cars parked right near the track ? Are my eyes deceiving me or is this an electrified line in a populated area with no fencing ? If yes, how ludicrously dangerous is that ? In the UK, we have some unfenced tracks but only in remote unpopulated areas and on raised banks - but never on lines electrified by live rail.
