I want less Government...If you can work with that let's think about referendum recall of 500 politicians in DC...Look what they have done to your rights in last year. They will never balance the budget...in a yr debt will be 17 trill. Who and what do you want to vote for ........

On top of that, the TP was not one giant group, but factions. There was one faction who after the 2010 election sent a letter to the GOP saying their victory was not a mandate, and to stay off the social issues, because nobody at Boston Harbor argued over who was gay, or who had an abortion. Unfortunately that faction didn't get much spotlight while others did. OW has been hijacked by the radicals, anarchist, freaks, and just everything poor about this country.

A revolution isn't needed, restoration is- and that can only be done when people educate themselves truthfully, and move away from the dem vs rep, left vs right BS. Similarities between the movements begin and end with anger over corruption and greed. Unfortunately too many with OWS want big gov, socialism, and have an entitlement attitude and are anti capitalist. That goes against the TP. TP also didn't get support from American Nazi Party, Communist Party USA, and David Dukes, OWS has, and if you don't believe me check out their sites and look what they say about the movement. TP want to restore capitalism, OWS want to further destroy it.

Thanks for stressing this, man. Too many liberals are ignorant about this and it only serves to make OWSer's look bad. Corporations feed off the left/right divide. The only difference between OWS and the Tea Party is Keynesian economics vs Austrian economics (respectively).

I don't even think it is a goal. I think it is the natural tendency for things to travel this route. No matter what system you use, the rich will get richer and the poor poorer until something resets the system. The bailout was a missed opportunity to reset the disparity.

However, we also have a shot at slowing the progress using reform. We need to put in checks and balances against monetary influence in government. Check out my video on "how to fix politics" regarding my idea.
