A fun flash experiment. I tried to interpret El Lissitzky's classic poster into flash.

  • Thanks. I was working off of an MIT Media Lab Translation. I don't remember if I took liberties with the text or if they did.

  • My friend did this flash animation on the same classic poster and also it's design legacy. Check it out: watch?v=9QVzfbeTFyA

  • Yeah, this is pretty cool.

  • Looks amazing! In the original Russian version the part of the message about the 'red wedge' comes first and is thus double-accentuated: both verbally and visually. In your flash experiment the verbal accent gets lost. But I must admit that the added movement of the red wedge captures all the attention and so it still stays in the centre of attention. The double-accentuation is reached by the means of movement, not the language. Bravo!

  • good good
