As global preparations for the London 2012 Olympics hot up, this beautifully shot report follows the Belgian athletics team on their extreme training - on the frozen wastes of an Icelandic glacier.
"I don't think I've experienced anything harder," athlete Kevin Borlee confesses. Battling storms and temperatures of minus 20 degrees, the expedition leader confesses, "it's a miracle that nothing went wrong". But enduring these extreme circumstances has advantages. The coach of the 4x400 team insists that, "extreme cold and deprivation are necessary to push one beyond his possibilities." Will the team prove him right in July's games?

"It won'lt be too cold. It won't drop under minus fifteen at night. " FUCK !!! In my place, we consider it cold if the temperature drops below 20 degrees.
