Is LKH SURE that Richard has absolutely nothing to do with her ex? The descriptions of Richard's hair matches the one she gave of her ex's as mentioned in one of her blogs. Also, Richard went bonkers in NiC and hacked off those locks. Was that book written around the time of her divorce?

The Q & A runs on average 30-45 minutes. WE (Team LKH) usually uses two Mini-DV tapes over the course of a night.

This is great, as I wasn't able to tape this myself.
