They used the Quantum of Solace original movie ending. The director wanted some other director to get the chance to write his own story. Activision didnt get the news in time.

the game was arlgiht, but they really skimped on the ending. felt like there was no closure, where as goldeneye, you got rid of the travelen, and that was the end, just like in the movie.
But in the game AND movie, you never get the talk at the end from greene, and vespers boyfriend tells us nothing. they just want us to assume its over and done with.
