  • @Mr360windmill Oh, it's bad. I wear baggy clothes because I am disgusted by my body. Genetics can be horrible. Glad you can still work out---some people get injured for life.

  • @moonrice555 surely your body isnt that bad in appearance, my knees look very normal, it is an internal problem behind the kneecap, but i still do leg extensions because that improves the positioning of my knee.

  • @Mr360windmill Wow, i'm sorry to hear that, seriously. I had to stop, too, or I was headed for damage. Wish I could have kept going--now I'm stuck with this raggedy body.

  • @moonrice555 lol i'm only 15 and i have already done extreme cartilage damage so i stopped it a few months ago, if i kept doing them it'd be likely that i'd completely lose the ability to run or jump at 30

  • @Lionelmessi10fc The problem is that most of these just TIGHTEN the buttocks. If you already have a pretty nice ass, then that's fine. But if you are trying to actually build size in that area, you pretty much have to use weights. Herschell Walker got a big chest from doing push-ups--but I think he said he did 2000 a day or something like that. Who the hell has that time?
