dont chase power. concentrate on the qi gong because that trains intent. everything else is up to your own training habits. good luck!

ur mantis is alot like the mantis i learn through the lineage of henry pu yee. i can see by ur expression u have chi gung and good short range power. u my friend would show alot of other so called mantis stylists whats up! good kung fu.

Sifu Yee has always practice unity with his students. I'm from the Original school in Fort Pierce florida where we received alot of the Lum Sang style of fighting and our brothers now that are part of the ckfa have Sifu Yee style of fighting. The difference will always keep us united.

yo do u no wst would be cool is since u no a little of ur art alot of people that understand their art a bit actualy make like instructional videos for basic forms and stuff like exercises im not tryin to waste yo time just sayin if u do have extra time then that would be cool to learn one of ur ki gogn exercises or a technique or 2

We haven't been shown any qi gong yet...or at least we haven't been told that we've been doing any qigong exercises.
