I think the tantrums people throw about Miley daring to grow up come from the fact that they saw her perform at a young age and expect her never to change... but here's the catch... JLO and Shakira were kids too at one time- just because you didn't see them perform then doesn't change that fact... so if it's "wrong" for Miley than it's "wrong" for everyone... which basically means that everyone should remain a kid forever.
