I'd like to point out that this movement is just a modern 3/4 chime - not a grand father clock - or correctly named - Long Case Clock. The lever you call 'count' is actually 'the rack'. In my humble opinion your video doesn't instill much confidence in a perspective customer regarding the abilities of the presenter or your organisation - certainly not in me
