Umm, well I don't exactly know how to draw "pop" and "funky" and so I started to think of hip pop and so the outfit is inspired by hip pop. xD

A simple dress with an attachable sleeves, leggings and an attachable collar.

This oufit is inspired by a waitress outfit, cause I think those kind of outfits are cute and it has a little touch of "fairy" inspired designs.
