I hope this has helped; and I can see you have the POTENTIAL to make good videos, you just have to work hard at it.

1. Bind two keys. One to cl_drawhud 0, the other to cl_drawhud 1. Simply push the keys to take off the HUD while you're recording. It makes videos look a lot more professional.

2. You WERE using a SWAT team, correct? Then you could have used some of the bot sounds, and carefully coordinated some ragdolls to look as if they were sneaking through carefully, then suddenly attacked.

3. Try not to prolong scenes too far out. After too long of a time, it'll become bland and uninteresting.

If you are going to post a public video on youtube, you have to EXPECT criticism. The point of youtube is to share your videos with others and see what they think about it.
